Lawrence S. Lapidus - Larry has achieved a number of million dollar verdicts and six figure settlements and verdicts for our clients, both in medical malpractice and automobile negligence cases. Larry has repeatedly been featured in the peer-selected publication, "Best Lawyers in America" for the past several years; he has been repeatedly selected by the Washingtonian Magazine as among the outstanding attorneys for negligence victims in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. The publication, "Super Lawyers" also included him in its 2008 edition. Larry credits his outgoing personality, attention to a client's concerns, and of course, knowledge of the applicable law to the consistently high level of client satisfaction reported.
A graduate of the American University Washington College of Law (JD1970) and holding an advanced law degree (LLM 1976) from Georgetown Law School, Larry continues to obtain significant settlements as well as substantial jury verdicts in automobile negligence and medical malpractice cases in courts throughout the Washington, D.C. area including Prince Georges County, where his advocacy on behalf of negligence victims has led to some of the most significant personal injury verdicts recorded in the Circuit Court there.
